- COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY -

 

This is pretty simple, really.

We may cancel any on-site or distance learning course at any time, and for any reason. If you have pre-paid, we will gladly refund your money, but are NOT responsible for any costs incurred by you for any reason, except to refund the actual amount paid to attend our training seminars.

If for some reason, you are unable to attend a course you pre-paid for, you may request a refund. Refunds may be requested, and be granted at the sole discretion of the Course Provider, if you cancel no later than 3-weeks prior to the scheduled course date. Requests for refunds made after the 3-week deadline may be denied, or if granted, may be assessed a minimum of a 25% service charge. At the Course provider's sole discression, credit toward attendance at another course may be offered in lieu of a refund.

As teaching is an art and not a science, no refunds will be given once a person has attended the course paid for. Courses are intended to be informative and entertaining, and no guarantees are given as to the accuracy or completeness of any subject taught.

Should payment in the form of a check be made, and that check returned for any reason, a $50 service charge will be assessed and added to the total amount due.

If materials are purchased at an event, and we agree to bill you later, we reserve the right to charge a 22% APR on the outstanding balance, and by signing the promissory note, you also acknowledge that we may report delinquincies in payment to any or all credit reporting agencies once a 90-day grace perior has passed.
